I think one of the remarkable things about Saehle's letter to her brother is that she has a strong faith. She even remarks that she wasn't even scared on her journey to America and slept peacefully. Her high spirit and faith are really what keeps her going. I wonder how many other women had as positive experience as her in their travels to America? Was she an exception? --Catherine K.
