| + | In Richard Allens "Founds the first african methodist church" its very clear how religious richard along with his whole family. Richard said him along with his brother would work all night and day to get their work done if they had to so his master wouldnt think that religion wasnt hindering their work but it was helping it. "We left our masters house, and I may truly say it was like leavign or fathers house", this shows how caring their master was towards them and how they basically grew up with a father figure even after most of his family got sold away. I found it very, very interesting that Allen had such a good and strong relationship with his master.
