| + | I also find it interesting that Benjamin Rush believes that the "only foundation for a useful education in a republic is to be laid in RELIGION". I think that this paper gives an interesting view of the education system when it first began. We take for granted the idea of separation of church and state and It makes me wonder what our education system would be like today if we did not have separation of church and state. -- Katie Mauro | ||
