| + | In the Richard Allen Founds the First African Methodist Church, it shows that the blacks are gradually given more freedom: It is shown that Allen's master allows him and his sisters to attend meetings one a week. Allen has a strong fatih in religion and the first black church developes. However, i find it to be very interesting that blacks are able to set up a church this fast when slavery is still practiced. --Eun Yi | ||
