| + | I really enjoyed the readings for this week. I thought it was interesting to read all the letters from the mothers to the Children's Bureau. The horror that one mother went throught just because she had a doctor who was not fully qualified and her desire for some sort of governmental check on all doctors to prevent such a terrible experience from happening again. -- Christine Wuebker | ||

| + | The other article I really like was "Feminist-New Style" by Dorothy Dunbar Bromley. It is the first time we see the formation of a modern woman. I also thought her decription of the different generations of women was interesting. I was surpised she didn't talk about flappers. Today they are the most recognised women of the 1920s. I would have thought she would have at least mentioned them in her article. -- Christine Wuebker | ||
