| + | I really enjoyed Susan Shelby Magoffin's accounts of her life in Santa Fe. She seemed to be such a cheerful person especially compared to Mrs. A.M. Green in Colorado. To read her accounts of the Spanish Ball made me wish that I could have been there to see it all. I was confused a little by her description of "Dona Tula." Who is this person and what exactly is her occupation? --Jennifer S. | ||
