1. Should "American Women's History" look at each word of the phrase individually and incorporate all the meanings into the study of women's history? And or expand beyond women and become gender relations studies to include studies of anyone relevant?

2. Referring to the essay on page 14, where it referenced "women having their cake and eating it too" do historians who study women's history truly believe this? And if so why do historians who study women of color or gender relations in general find many issues with finding equality?
