| + | I find the Irish tradition of late or non marriage impressive. It surprises me that of all traditions that were maintained when coming to America this one stayed. Most women in American were expected to marry young, and the fact that the Irish weren't was very different. While it economically made sense, socially it had to cause problems - Kellye S | ||
