It struck me as odd that there would be young and female survivors of this entire ordeal - given Cinque's account of killing off/starving/drowning the weak and less profitable slaves on the original journey, tacked onto the fact that the majority of slaves in the trade were men in the first place. - Elle Weaver | ||
