| + | I also think that the Vagina Monologues are a very positive way to talk about a traumatic experience. I do remember a year or two ago reading about a conservative women's group that protested this program at a college. I believe they said that it degraded women and the monologues were gross and offensive. I haven't seen the show but I don't understand how women talking about personal experiences could be degrading to women or offending them. I think any time women share their experiences helps people understand what it's like to be a woman. -Kendall Haring | ||
