| + | For Blanks to want to have a mass relocation of blacks to another place seems very brave to me. I cant imagine it being something that was widley supported. The idea of relocation is just to broad. I wonder if there were ever any ideas of setting up a reserve of some types like what was done with the Indians for the blacks in America?
