I really liked this article too. It really showed how women were able to work outside the home but still raise their kids. It showed how women were torn between work and the family. For instance Boggs, wanted to stay home with the new baby but she wanted to help her husband who wasnt in good health and she really liked her job. | + | I like this article too because it emphasized how hard women struggled to have a job and a family life. It's a struggle for many women today but there are many daycare options and childcare outside of the home is accepted. I can't even imagine being a working mother with such little support from society. -Kendall Haring | ||
