| + | I found Alice Hamilton’s essay against laws that apply to only both sexes very interesting and actually pretty persuasive. It would be risky to assume that if the law was equal that society would be. Were the proponents of this legislation willing to face the time period when society hadn’t caught up to the law. – Cat Debelius | ||
