| + | I asked myself the same question Ashley asked above about why African American men joined the progressive party even though they didn't believe in giving them a vote. I think that it's because they figured that out of all the other groups the Progressive party would grant them a vote faster than any of the other choices out there. Or there was probably less animosity towards them than other groups maybe. | ||
