| + | What strikes me the most is that there was just as much racism in the North, if not more, than there was in the South. For one of my American Studies seminars, I read a book called Up South. It was about racism, unfair employment, and racial stereotypes in Philly. When I was reading some of these sources, this book came to mind. --Catherine K. | ||
