One of the most important questions I think women were most concerned with while trying to obtain suffrage is asked by DuBois on page. 276.  She claims that women were worried weather or not they could balance their work in the home with that of gaining suffrage.  It seems many women were concerned that they could not acheive a balance between the two and that there work towards suffrage would take away their focus from the home front.  I beleive that this question was not incredibly worrisome and that a balance was possible.  Even if they were in the work force, responsibilities on the home front could still be upheld.  Even today, women work and I still beleive they are a central figure at home.  Granted it was more difficult back then because women were attempting to accomplish more, but a balance was still possible. -afrisk
